Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant, you will guide full-lifecycle implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning across finance, supply chain, or manufacturing domains for large enterprises. You’ll collaborate with EERPS-Workday teams and client stakeholders to design, prototype, test, and train while using Deloitte’s Momentum approach to deliver rapid value. You’ll lead workstreams, document requirements, and ensure delivery of scalable, practical solutions. This role blends finance transformation with hands-on configuration and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead project workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning implementations * Document business and management requirements * Develop functional designs and prototyping, including scenario design and flow mapping * Execute testing, user training, and define support procedures * Coordinate schedules, produce documentation, and create test/use cases * Configure Workday software and prioritize/sequences workstream tasks * Support project leadership as needed Tasks * 5+ years in consulting or industry implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM * 2+ years leading EPM workstreams in Adaptive Planning * Experience leading two or more Workday Adaptive Planning or similar deployments * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience * Workday Adaptive certification or completion of relevant certification upon joining * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
