You’ll blend client engagement with hands-on delivery, guiding architecture, build, and deployment of production-grade solutions. You’ll lead teams, shape pursuits, and create reusable accelerators to elevate outcomes for clients and the firm. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions and troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demonstrations, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team and client capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains such as IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection * 3+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions with Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments * Ability to travel 25-50% Key requirements *
