Senior Consultant - SAP SD/OTC

Experteer Overview Join Deloitte’s SAP practice to drive business transformation through SAP-enabled solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to modernize core processes and support digital transformation for leading clients. You’ll design and implement SAP SD/OTC solutions, addressing order-to-cash processes, pricing, and customer experience, while contributing to practice growth. This role offers impact across engagements and opportunities to mentor junior practitioners and shape large-scale SAP programs. You will operate at the intersection of technology, process excellence, and client value. Compensation / Benefits * Support SAP SD and OTC engagements with design, configuration, and implementation under project leadership * Assess business requirements and future-state SAP SD/OTC solutions to improve sales order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, and customer experience * Configure SAP SD/OTC across core areas: sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, ATP, returns, and EDI/IDoc integration * Develop and maintain deliverables such as functional specs, configuration docs, test scripts, and defect tracking artifacts * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, and business development support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years SAP/ERP or consulting experience * 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm or equivalent * 3+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP SD and OTC * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least 1 primary SAP SD/OTC role * Experience configuring SAP SD/OTC across 3+ functional areas (e.g., pricing and conditions; billing and invoicing; ATP/backorder; order management; delivery/shipping; EDI/IDoc) * Experience producing core implementation deliverables and managing SIT/UAT test cycles with a defect-tracking tool * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
