Job description
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows, and integrations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance for FSL implementations and/or customizations including systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom Lightning development
Clarify any ambiguity with the user story requirements and baseline the estimation
Provide technical leadership, guidance and co-ordination for development, integration, data management, and application testing.
Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions.
Working with customers to analyse and resolve Salesforce and FSL product related issues/requirements
Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment
Design and develop solutions that best leverage the Salesforce FSL features to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and customer goals
Participate in technical design discussions, develop technical solution documentation that is aligned with business objectives.
Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of FSL implementation.
Requirements
Primary Skill: Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). Must have 3+ years in project
Secondary Skill: Service Cloud, Experience cloud, LWC/APEX
Experience Requirements:
