Cyber Senior Consultant - AI SOC

Experteer Overview In this role, you help modernize client security operations by delivering security engineering solutions across monitoring, detection, response, and automation. You will design and implement SIEM, SOAR, telemetry, and AI-enabled workflows in client-facing engagements, translating requirements into production-ready capabilities. You collaborate with security analysts and stakeholders to tune detection content and streamline response processes. The opportunity offers working across enterprise and cloud environments with a focus on resilience and impact. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement security operations solutions across SIEM, SOAR, telemetry, detection, and response platforms * Develop integrations, automation playbooks, and data pipelines supporting ingestion, enrichment, triage, investigation, and response * Collaborate with SOC analysts, threat hunters, and clients to prioritize, test, and tune detection and operational processes * Translate security operations requirements into technical designs, deployment plans, and production-ready solutions * Support embedded client delivery by leading day-to-day workstreams and documenting outcomes * Contribute reusable assets and implementation patterns for future engagements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * 6+ years in security operations, detection engineering, security engineering, or enterprise cyber defense * Experience designing or optimizing SIEM, SOAR, telemetry, or related workflows * Experience building and maintaining integrations or engineering workflows using Python or similar scripting language * Experience working with clients or stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations * travel flexibility
