Advanced Cyber Threat Response & Forensics Lead/Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you join Deloitte’s Cyber Defense and Resilience team to lead Cyber Incident Response programs for clients. You will drive readiness, response, and recovery from cyber incidents and crises, acting as an integrator to advance Deloitte’s Crisis & Incident Response offerings. You design and deploy solutions aligned with industry standards to enhance incident preparedness and recovery. You will mentor teams, champion market offerings, and lead continuous improvement of monitoring, detection, and response capabilities. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, actionable incident responses and guidance for security awareness and Compensation / Benefits * Lead full lifecycle Cyber Incident Response engagements including investigations, containment, remediation, and recovery * Review deliverables and coordinate technical sessions to ensure clear, high-quality outcomes * Prepare incident reports, technical documentation, and client communications * Enhance Crisis & Incident Response solutions based on ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS to improve readiness, response, and recovery * Identify opportunities for process optimization in incident monitoring, detection, and response * Supervise and mentor US and US-India teams for effective delivery * Champion Deloitte’s Cyber Defense & Resilience offerings in line with industry best practices * Drive continuous improvement of monitoring, delivery, and reliability of services * Provide thought leadership and training on industry-leading practices and new requirements * Develop security awareness and training initiatives as needed * Manage and mentor teams to ensure effective technology risk management services Tasks * 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Defense & Resilience solutions (incident response, cyber resilience, and cyber transformation programs) * BS/BA degree * Limited visa sponsorship may be available * Ability to travel up to 50% on average depending on client work Key requirements *
