Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and evolve cyber incident response programs for clients, guiding Readiness, Response, and Recovery efforts within Deloitte’s Cyber Defense & Resilience practice. You will integrate and shape Crisis & Incident Response offerings, coordinating cross-functional delivery to secure client operations and resilience. Expect to drive improvements, mentor teams across the US and India, and contribute to market solutions aligned with industry standards and evolving threats. Compensation / Benefits * Lead full lifecycle of cyber incident response engagements (investigation, containment, remediation, recovery) * Manage and execute incident response projects with high-quality deliverables and client communications * Prepare incident reports and technical documentation; ensure clarity and accuracy * Design and enhance Crisis & Incident Response solutions aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS standards * Identify process optimization opportunities in monitoring, detection, and response * Supervise and mentor US and US-India teams; foster high performance * Champion the development of Cyber Defense & Resilience offerings related to Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience * Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, delivery, and reliability of Deloitte services * Provide thought leadership and training; contribute to security awareness initiatives * Lead and mentor teams to ensure effective delivery of technology risk management capabilities Tasks * 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Defense & Resilience, including incident response, cyber resilience, and leading transformation programs * Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) * Limited visa sponsorship may be available * Ability to travel up to 50% depending on client assignments Key requirements *
