Cloud Security Consultant - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients secure Azure-based infrastructures and AI services as part of Deloitte’s Cloud Cyber Risk team. You will assess risks, design and implement security controls, and deliver technical guidance and reports to support secure digital transformations. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to drive practical cloud security improvements and contribute to knowledge development within the Microsoft cloud security practice. This is an opportunity to shape security architectures at scale and advance Deloitte’s cyber risk capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Support delivery of Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, application security, PaaS security, infrastructure security, AI security, security monitoring, resilience, and data protection * Perform cloud security assessments, solution design, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews across Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments * Work directly with clients to assess security requirements, identify risks, and recommend cloud security configurations and remediation actions * Develop project deliverables, including assessment reports, architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, compliance reporting, and remediation documentation * Contribute to business development, internal training, technical research, and other practice development activities related to Microsoft cloud security services Tasks * 2+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, solution design, or cloud security implementation in Azure environments * 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public, private, or hybrid cloud environments * 2+ years of experience designing enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 2+ years of experience with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 2+ years of experience with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Experience with architecting security on Microsoft Azure, including controls for Azure AI services such as Microsoft Foundry or Azure OpenAI covering data protection, IAM, and model scanning * Ability to travel 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
