Experteer Overview As a Gross-to-Net Manager in the NA CoE, you drive GTN reserve analyses and forecasting to support accurate, enterprise-wide financial planning. You’ll partner with Finance Business Partners, Market Access, and other stakeholders to ensure GTN integrity and strategic relevance, contributing to Sanofi’s finance transformation. You’ll navigate multiple SAP environments and advanced analytics tools to modernize GTN processes and enable data-driven decisions. This role offers impact across product launches, pricing, and payer strategies within a global, mission-driven company. Compensation / Benefits * Participate in GTN reserve analysis to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation * Manage GTN budgeting/forecasting with brand models and variance analysis * Provide financial insights on GTN programs, payer mix, and contract structures * Present monthly GTN performance to senior leadership and stakeholders * Evaluate pricing strategies, market access programs, and payer negotiations * Coordinate with Treasury and CI2C to align forecasts with cash flow * Work across SAP instances and leverage IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), BOARD, PLAI * Support deployment of new tools and drive process improvements and automation Tasks * Bachelor in Accounting or Finance * 5+ years FP&A/forecasting experience in a multinational or complex matrixed environment * Experience in pharmaceutical industry or public accounting valued * Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TM1, SAP, or similar systems preferred * Ability to influence across diverse teams and operate in ambiguous environments Key requirements * health and well-being benefits * parenteral leave (14 weeks) * reward package * career growth opportunities * hybrid work arrangement * wellness and prevention programs
