Experteer Overview In this role you drive GTN governance within Sanofi’s NA Center of Excellence, shaping reserve analyses, budgeting and forecasting, and commercial-finance integration. You partner with Finance Business Partners, Market Access, and treasury to align GTN projections with cash flow and strategic pricing decisions. You will contribute to the broader Finance transformation and enable data-driven decisions across the organization. This is a high-impact position at a global biopharma company, focused on scaling best-in-class GTN processes and tools. Compensation / Benefits * Participate in GTN reserve analysis to ensure accurate reserves and identify risks * Manage GTN budgeting and forecasting with brand accounts models and variance analysis * Provide financial insights on GTN programs, payer mix, launches, and contract structures for decisions * Present monthly GTN performance to senior leadership to inform decisions * Evaluate financial implications of pricing strategies, market access programs, copays, and negotiations * Collaborate with Treasury and CI2C to align sales, collections, and rebate forecasts with cash flow * Work across SAP instances and leverage reporting tools (IBM Planning Analytics TM1, BOARD, PLAI) * Assist deployment of new tools to improve operations * Identify and implement process improvements and automation to modernize GTN processes * Collaborate with GTN team to harmonize ways of working across Business Units Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred * 5+ years in FP&A, forecasting, and reporting in a multinational or complex matrixed org * Experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or public accounting valued * Strong leadership and team development capabilities * Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills * Ability to influence across diverse teams; comfortable navigating ambiguity * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TM1, SAP, or other financial systems preferred * Strong business acumen linking financial outcomes to commercial drivers Key requirements * health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare * prevention and wellness programs * at least 14 weeks gender-neutral parental leave * competitive rewards package * career growth opportunities * supportive, future-focused team
