Requirements

u2022 Requires B.S. Degree and 8-12 years network security and vulnerability management experience; years of experience can be in lieu of degree. \n \u2022 Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret clearance. \n \u2022 Expert knowledge of F5, Cisco, firewalls, and enterprise network infrastructure. \n \u2022 DoD STIG compliance and audit experience. \n \u2022 Strong vendor relationship and escalation management skills. \n \u2022 CISSP, CCNP, or equivalent certifications preferred. \n

n \nWhat You’ll Get to Do: \n \u2022 Own vulnerability management program strategy and execution. \n \u2022 Approve/reject patch deployments based on lab validation results. \n \u2022 Lead quarterly STIG compliance assessments and audit preparation. \n \u2022 Engage vendors (F5, Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.) at executive/technical levels for escalations. \n \u2022 Mentor and develop mid-level and junior engineers. \n \u2022 Report program status, risks, and metrics to senior leadership. \n \u2022 Lead emergency response to zero-day vulnerabilities and critical patches. \n \u2022 72-hour patch SLA compliance (>90%). \n \u2022 100% completion of quarterly STIG assessments (160/year). \n \u2022 Quality of patch approvals - accountable for production impact. \n \u2022 Team performance, development, and retention. \n \u2022 DoD/Navy audit readiness and compliance. \n \n, Beware of fake employment opportunities using Leidos’ name.
