Experteer Overview In this role you build and operate governed data foundations powering cyber risk, compliance evidence, and AI-enabled cyber workflows. You design production-grade data pipelines and models to support risk reporting, controls monitoring, and audit-ready evidence in regulated environments. You collaborate with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal teams to translate requirements into guardrails, with opportunities to apply AI-assisted governance and evidence management at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable batch and stream data pipelines ingesting security telemetry, control evidence, and compliance artifacts into governed data stores * Design data models for risk and controls, enabling self-service analytics and dashboards * Implement data quality, lineage, metadata, and access controls for auditability and defensible evidence * Develop AI-enabled capabilities for governance, risk, and compliance, including evidence summarization and control testing assist * Engineer integrations between data platforms and enterprise systems with observability and runbooks for production support * Collaborate with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal to translate requirements into guardrails and implementable controls Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 4+ years of experience in data engineering and software development using Python and SQL * Experience building production data pipelines and data models; cloud platforms, containers, IaC, API usage, and secrets management * Experience implementing data governance controls including data classification, encryption, audit logging, lineage/metadata management * Experience supporting governance, risk, and compliance workflows and LLM-enabled applications (retrieval-augmented generation, vector retrieval, monitoring) * Ability to travel 0-25% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
