Experteer Overview As a Manager, Momentum Developer within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team, you design and extend Momentum components, integrate with external systems, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with analysts and architects. You’ll handle the full SDLC, from design through deployment, and contribute to data migrations, testing, and post-production support. This role sits at the intersection of finance transformation and technology delivery for government and public sector clients, offering exposure to complex, high-impact programs. You will shape technical solutions that unlock value and support regulatory requirements in challenging environments. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, configure, and maintain Momentum components (extensions, workflows, interfaces, batch jobs, utilities, reports) * Build and support integrations between Momentum and external systems; develop database objects and data structures * Translate business requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders across design, development, testing, and deployment * Support data conversions, migrations, reconciliations, code promotions, release activities, and post-production defect resolution * Create and maintain technical design docs, configuration docs, installation scripts, and deployment packages * Perform unit, integration, and system testing; support user acceptance testing; resolve technical defects and performance issues Tasks * 5+ years of consulting or industry experience with enterprise financial systems or federal implementations * 2+ years Momentum technical development experience (custom development, integrations, workflows, batch jobs, reporting) * 2+ years SDLC experience in WebMethods, Java, C++, Jenkins or BIRT * Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia up to 5 days per week * Active Top Secret clearance with SCI upgrade potential and polygraph eligibility * Bachelor’s degree Key requirements *
