Momentum Functional Transformation Consultant

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work You’ll Do As a Consultant, Momentum Functional Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Configuring Momentum modules to support federal financial management workflows and business process requirements
• Analyzing and documenting business capabilities, functional requirements, and end-to-end workflows across Momentum modules
• Supporting Momentum application implementations, enhancements, and upgrades across the system development lifecycle
• Developing and executing functional test cases, supporting integration testing and user acceptance testing, and validating business scenarios
• Reviewing functional designs, configuration changes, and user stories while partnering with developers to clarify requirements and resolve defects

Includes strategy development, road mapping, strategic PMO, enterprise value creation, and finance automation and innovation., The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $170,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. • 2+ years of experience supporting Momentum enterprise resource planning applications in one or more of the following modules: General Ledger, Budget Execution, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Automated Disbursements
• 2+ years of experience supporting federal financial systems or defense financial systems
• Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia up to 5 days per week

Preferred:

• Experience supporting Momentum implementation, enhancement, or upgrade activities
• Experience developing and executing functional test cases for integration testing or user acceptance testing
• Experience creating functional design documents or configuration documentation
• Experience embedding functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience supporting access reviews, role design, or financial control processes
• Experience collaborating with developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders in a system development lifecycle environment
