Experteer Overview In this role you guide engineering delivery for complex initiatives that align with business and technology priorities. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, and manage risks to ensure disciplined delivery. The role combines hands-on software engineering with operations and stakeholder support in fast-moving environments. You will work on cloud-native solutions, DevOps practices, and data pipelines, shaping impactful technology outcomes. This opportunity is meaningful for influencing project execution across teams and client contexts, including defense-related environments. Compensation / Benefits * Coordinate cross-functional teams and track progress against milestones * Identify and manage risks and dependencies to maintain delivery discipline * Build and maintain front-end applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and React * Design, develop, and support backend services in Java and Python * Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS S3 and data lake technologies * Apply DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, error handling) to ensure reliable delivery * Use Git, GitLab, and Airflow to manage codebases and automate workflows * Support stakeholder requirements and work in environments including U.S. Army contexts where applicable Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field * 5+ years designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications in Java and Python * 2+ years building RESTful APIs and data processing pipelines * 2+ years using Apache Airflow or Kafka for workflows and data pipelines * 2+ years using Git or GitLab for version control * Ability to travel approximately 25% * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship * Active DoD Secret security clearance (preferred) Key requirements * broad range of benefits * professional development opportunities * mentorship * inclusive culture * flexible work options (implied) * support for disabilities accommodations
