Oracle Technical Cloud Associate Vice President

Experteer Overview In this role you lead Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation to enable enterprise transformation. You will guide cross-functional teams and help clients align cloud solutions with business goals, delivering measurable value. You’ll shape SaaS and PaaS deployments, migration efforts, and AI-enabled innovations within Oracle Cloud. The position sits in Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice, focused on cloud transformation and driving decision-making through modern tech. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of Oracle Platform as a Service solutions across cloud and hybrid environments * Oversee cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation in complex programs * Advise on embedded AI agents within Oracle Cloud, including Oracle AI Agent Studio and OCI Generative AI services * Lead project teams and provide strategic and technical guidance throughout delivery * Align solution strategy with client objectives, operating priorities, and transformation goals * Support enterprise transformation and business value realization through Oracle technology * Mentor and provide clear guidance to teammates * Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Tasks * 10+ years in IT solutions design and delivery, with 8+ years on Oracle technologies * Experience leading Oracle ERP Cloud RICE delivery and using the ERP Cloud build framework for RICE objects * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) extensions * 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle SOA Suite * Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field * Ability to travel ~50% and handle dynamic client environments * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
