Oracle Technical Cloud Associate Vice President

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation to drive enterprise transformation and business value. You join Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions team transforming how clients operate across cloud and hybrid environments. You will guide design, migration, and AI-enabled deployments that align with client goals and transformation priorities. You will manage projects and mentor teams, delivering high-quality solutions on fast-paced programs. This is a senior, client-facing opportunity to shape cloud-driven outcomes at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of Oracle Platform as a Service solutions across cloud and hybrid environments * Oversee cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation across complex programs * Advise on embedded AI agents within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Lead project teams and provide strategic and technical guidance throughout solution delivery * Align solution strategy, design, and implementation with client business objectives and transformation goals Tasks * 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise IT solutions * 8+ years of experience with Oracle technologies * Experience leading RICE (reports, integrations, conversions, extensions) for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions using best practices * 4+ years of experience leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle SOA Suite) * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
