Google Gemini Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview As a Technical Senior Consultant, you design Google Gemini services and lead delivery across onshore and offshore teams to drive client outcomes. You’ll manage senior stakeholder relationships, ensure project quality, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery from requirements through cutover while mentoring teams and contributing to business development. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and creative solutions to transform customer experiences at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Client management: lead interactions with senior sponsors * Delivery oversight: supervise design, prototyping, testing, data migration, and go-live preparations for client engagements * Business development: support pursuit teams and contribute to proposals and pricing * People development: coach, recruit, and support delivery staff across offices * Team leadership: build and manage delivery teams and ensure quality across projects Tasks * Minimum 5 years of consulting or industry experience * End-to-end delivery experience with GCP Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience * At least 2 years with GECX Self-service with Conversational Agents, Agent Assist or Quality AI, and analytics tools (BigQuery, Looker) * Ability to travel up to 50% * Bachelor’s degree * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant field * Experience with Five9 or Genesys (contact center tech) * BigQuery & Looker experience for analytics * Experience leading business development pursuits Key requirements *
