Requirements

Leading the strategy and management of an AI-augmented Insider Threat program, the full-time Principal AI Threat Detection Engineer will oversee the development and optimization of detection tools, conduct insider risk analysis, and serve as the escalation point for complex security events in a remote environment.Key responsibilitiesLead the maturation of the Insider Threat detection program, including administration and optimization of relevant tools and AI/ML modelsPerform intrusion and insider risk analysis using various technologies while validating AI findings with human judgmentDirect AI-driven hunting tools to identify threat actor groups and personally investigate cases requiring nuanced human judgmentRequired qualifications8+ years of Security Engineering and Analysis experience, preferably in Threat Detection and Response5+ years of IT or networking experienceHands-on experience with Insider Threat detection tools and User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) platformsExperience with SOAR tools and applying AI-driven automation to security operationsProven ability to implement automation through scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)
