Experteer Overview In this role you will guide HR technology transformations for public sector clients, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and Absence implementations. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage design and delivery, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions that improve workforce management. The role sits within Deloitte’s Government & Public Services, HR Strategy & Technology, helping clients reimagine work and enable performance at scale. You will drive change, adoption, and business outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate requirements and design workshops; guide solution design and best practices; manage risks and stakeholder communications; ensure policy and compliance alignment * Drive high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery to minimize rework and support traceability * Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations * Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to promote user adoption * Apply knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance dependencies to guide decisions * Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams to ensure timely delivery * Partner with public sector stakeholders to define requirements, redesign processes, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions * Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions, including planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and stabilization Tasks * 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions * 1+ years leading full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Ability to travel up to 50% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements * broad range of benefits * potential discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for people with disabilities
