Experteer Overview In this role, you will help public sector clients transform HR through Oracle solutions and AI-enabled practices. You will lead cross-functional delivery, shaping requirements, design, and change activities to ensure scalable HR functions. You’ll work with government stakeholders to deploy large Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and Absence implementations, impacting workforce management at scale. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role within Deloitte’s GPS practice that values collaboration and clear delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate requirements and design workshops; guide solution design and best practices; manage risks and stakeholder communications while aligning with compliance * Drive high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery to minimize rework and ensure traceability * Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations * Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to drive user adoption * Apply knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance to guide solution decisions and delivery planning * Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing to ensure quality delivery and milestones * Partner with public sector stakeholders supporting large workforces (10,000+ employees) to define requirements and translate needs into scalable Oracle solutions * Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions, including planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization Tasks * 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions * 1+ years leading full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * Broad range of benefits * Discretionary annual incentive program * Career development and mentorship opportunities * Professional development programs * Inclusive culture and support for accommodations
