Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and evolve cyber incident response programs for client teams, enabling readiness, rapid response, and recovery from cyber incidents. You will integrate and advance Deloitte’s Crisis & Incident Response offerings and work across cross-functional teams to design resilient solutions. You’ll drive process improvements in monitoring, detection, and response while mentoring US and US-India teams. This position offers impact by shaping real-world incident readiness at scale within a global firm. Compensation / Benefits * Lead full lifecycle cyber incident response engagements (investigation, containment, remediation, recovery) * Prepare incident reports, technical documentation, and client communications with clarity and accuracy * Develop and enhance Crisis & Incident Response solutions aligning with ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS * Identify opportunities for process optimization in monitoring, detection, and response * Supervise and mentor US and US-India team members * Champion Deloitte’s Cyber Defense & Resilience offerings related to Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience * Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, delivery, and reliability of services * Provide thought leadership and training, contribute to security awareness initiatives * Manage and mentor teams to ensure effective delivery of technology risk management services Tasks * 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Defense & Resilience, including incident response, resilience, and cyber transformation programs * BS/BA degree * Limited visa sponsorship may be available * Ability to travel up to 50% depending on client work Key requirements *
