Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you join Deloitte’s Cyber Defense & Resilience team to lead and mature Cyber Incident Response programs for clients, enabling readiness, response, and recovery from incidents. You will design and champion crisis and incident response capabilities and help scale Deloitte’s offerings in this space. You’ll coordinate delivery, mentor cross-border teams, and drive improvements across monitoring, detection, and response to reduce risk for varied clients. Compensation / Benefits * Lead full lifecycle of cyber incident response engagements (investigation, containment, remediation, recovery) * Review deliverables and coordinate technical sessions to ensure high-quality service * Prepare incident reports, technical documentation, and client communications with clarity * Develop and enhance Crisis & Incident Response solutions aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS * Identify opportunities for process optimization in incident monitoring and response * Supervise and mentor US and US-India team members * Champion Deloitte’s Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience offerings * Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, delivery, and reliability of services * Provide thought leadership and training; contribute to security awareness initiatives Tasks * 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Defense & Resilience * BS/BA degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited visa sponsorship may be available * Experience leading cyber transformation programs Key requirements *
