IT Operations Director (IT Manager 2)

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the OLCC IT Operations team to align IT services with the agency’s policy and strategic goals. You’ll guide standards, staffing, and budget decisions while ensuring staff development and diversity initiatives. You will partner with the CIO to shape the IT network, systems, and databases and participate in vendor and contract management. This is a flagship leadership position at a public safety regulator with a focus on delivery and compliance.
