Cyber Network Security Architecture - Senior Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive cyber security strategy and architecture within large-scale digital transformations. You will lead client engagements, shape target operating models and roadmaps, and guide executives on security decisions across cloud and applications. You’ll oversee delivery across teams and contribute to practice growth while solving complex security challenges that enable business outcomes. This position offers exposure to cross-functional, high-impact programs at a leading advisory firm. Compensation / Benefits * Lead client engagements focused on cyber strategy, transformation, architecture, cloud security, and application security * Define target-state security operating models, roadmaps, and investment priorities aligned to transformation objectives * Drive executive workshops, propose recommendations, and present implementation strategies to client leadership * Oversee engagement teams, ensure delivery quality, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams * Support practice growth through account planning, proposal development, solution shaping, and marketplace eminence Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting * 8+ years of experience in design/architecture of enterprise-level technical stacks (VPNs, CDN, Load Balancers, Subnetting, NGFW, SASE) * 5+ years of experience with CNAAP, SASE, or enterprise firewall solutions (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Wiz, Snyk, SentinelOne) * 6+ years of experience leading security transformation, cloud/security architecture, or cyber risk programs * 4+ years of experience managing teams delivering workstreams in client service * 3+ years in leadership over implementation of Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike or similar in large environments * 4+ years experience managing teams in a technical capacity * Experience developing strategy, roadmap, operating model, business case, or target-state architecture for enterprise security * Ability to travel 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * commitment to accommodations for people with disabilities * professional development opportunities * mentorship and leadership opportunities * inclusive culture
