Primary Skill for the Role: “At least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification”, “omni-channel”, Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Extensive hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and managing automations and omnichannel customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email, SMS, and Mobile Push channels. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with practical experience using Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies. Proficient in gathering business requirements and converting them into detailed user stories and functional specifications for development teams. Experienced in leading troubleshooting efforts, quality assurance testing, and issue resolution for marketing automations and customer journeys. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Possession of at least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification, validating platform expertise and best practices knowledge. Advanced technical skills in SQL, API testing/integration using Postman, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and customization.

Pay Range*: $55 - $60/- per hour
