Cyber Network Security Architecture - Senior Manager

Experteer Overview In this Senior Manager role, you will guide clients through security-focused strategy and transformation initiatives, shaping architecture across cloud and applications while leading delivery teams. You’ll work with executives to define target-state operating models, roadmaps, and investment priorities that align with business goals. You will drive workshops, present recommendations, and help grow the practice through proposal development and marketplace leadership. This position sits within Deloitte’s Cyber Enterprise Security team, focusing on secure digital transformation at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead client engagements in cyber strategy, security transformation, architecture, cloud security, and application security * Define target-state security operating models, roadmaps, and investment priorities aligned to transformation objectives * Lead executive workshops, develop recommendations, and present implementation strategies to client leadership * Oversee engagement delivery quality, manage teams, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams * Support practice growth via account planning, proposals, solution shaping, and marketplace eminence Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 8+ years in cybersecurity, technology strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting * 8+ years in design/architecture of enterprise-scale technical stacks (VPNs, CDNs, load balancers, subnetting, Next-Generation firewall design, SASE) * 5+ years with CNAAP, SASE, or enterprise firewall solutions (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Wiz, Snyk, SentinelOne) * 6+ years leading security transformation, cloud/app security, security architecture, or cyber risk programs * 4+ years managing teams and delivering client workstreams * 3+ years leadership in implementing security solutions (Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike) in large environments * 4+ years managing technically oriented teams * Experience developing strategy, roadmap, operating model, business case, or target-state architecture for enterprise security * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
