Experteer Overview In this role you lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics, AI, and GenAI solutions to inform Talent strategy and workforce decisions. You will guide research design, analytics methods, and solution development while mentoring junior data scientists across the analytics lifecycle. You collaborate with Talent, business, and ITS stakeholders to translate workforce data into actionable insights and tools. You drive data quality, strategy, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver measurable impact. This position offers the opportunity to shape AI-enabled talent decisions in a dynamic, enterprise setting. Compensation / Benefits * Shape the People Analytics portfolio and inform Talent strategy through data-driven insights * Collaborate with Talent, business leadership, and ITS to define needs and advise on AI benefits/limitations * Develop analytics strategy, research design, and use-case development across cloud environments * Lead development of full-stack GenAI applications and support data pipeline architecture with ETL/CI/CD * Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists across the analytics lifecycle * Oversee analytically complex projects, assess talent, and foster a high-performing analytics team Tasks * Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline * 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied research * Experience with Python and SQL; working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS * Experience applying multivariate statistics and ML methods (e.g., regression, SEM, factor analysis, decision trees, clustering, dimension reduction) in Spark or Databricks * Experience developing AI/GenAI applications and ETL/pipeline design * Demonstrated experience leading AI strategy and enabling adoption of AI/tools within a large organization * Mentorship of junior/mid-level analysts across the analytics lifecycle * Ability to travel 0-10% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
