Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will build scalable, governed data foundations powering cyber risk, compliance evidence, and AI-enabled security workflows. You’ll design production-grade data pipelines and models for risk and controls, ensuring auditability and governance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory and business requirements into robust data solutions and AI-enabled capabilities that accelerate governance and cyber operations. This is an opportunity to shape data-first cyber risk programs at a leading consulting firm with a focus on impact and compliance. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable batch and stream data pipelines ingesting security telemetry, control evidence, and compliance artifacts into governed stores * Design data models for risk and controls (KRI, issues, defects, audit evidence, policy exceptions) enabling self-service analytics and dashboards * Implement data quality checks, lineage, metadata, and access controls for auditability and defensible evidence * Develop AI-enabled capabilities for governance, risk, compliance, and cyber operations (evidence summarization, policy Q&A, investigation copilots, ticket triage, exception reasoning) * Engineer integrations between data platforms, governance, risk, and compliance workflows and enterprise systems with observability and runbooks * Collaborate with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal stakeholders to translate requirements into implementable controls and guardrails Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 4+ years in data engineering and software development using Python and SQL * Experience building production data pipelines and data models for batch/stream processing, deployed on cloud platforms with containers, IaC, APIs, and secrets management * Experience implementing data governance controls (classification, PII handling, least-privilege access, encryption, retention, audit logging, lineage/metadata) * Experience supporting governance, risk, and compliance workflows (risk reporting, audit data requests, controls monitoring, testing, compliance metrics), and integrating with GRC tools and LLM-enabled applications using retrieval-augmented generation and secure access patterns * Ability to travel 0-25% and potential for limited immigration sponsorship Key requirements *
