Google Gemini Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you architect and oversee Google Gemini services within Deloitte’s Sales & Service practice, guiding onshore and offshore delivery and shaping client engagements. You partner with senior clients to define requirements, design solutions, and drive delivery quality while seeding new sales opportunities. You lead cross-functional teams, mentor delivery staff, and ensure outcomes align with client business goals. You will work at scale across complex engagements that blend strategy, technology, and creativity to transform customer experiences. Compensation / Benefits * Design and oversee Google Gemini services and related delivery work * Lead onshore/offshore delivery teams and project management * Engage with senior clients and sponsors to manage expectations and scope * Identify business requirements, create functional/design specifications, and map processes * Develop user stories, prototyping, testing, data migration, and cutover preparation * Drive quality assurance and define support procedures * Lead business development activities, including pursuing opportunities and shaping proposals * Coach, recruit, and develop delivery staff within local offices Tasks * Minimum 5 years of consulting or industry experience * Hands-on end-to-end delivery with Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience * At least 2 years with GECX components (Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, Quality AI, Conversational Insights) and BigQuery/Looker for analytics * Ability to travel up to 50% * Bachelor’s degree in any field * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Knowledge of Five9 or Genesys is a plus * Experience with business development and pursuing opportunities end-to-end Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * travel opportunities up to 50% * inclusive culture and professional development * accommodations when needed
