Google Gemini Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will design Google Gemini services, oversee delivery across global teams, and guide clients on best practices to transform customer experiences. You will lead multi-disciplinary delivery efforts, shape proposals, and mentor delivery teams while identifying new sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with senior clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, technology-enabled customer transformations. This is a chance to influence large-scale programs at a leading consulting firm and advance your expertise in Gemini and enterprise analytics. Compensation / Benefits * Design and oversee Google Gemini services and delivery across onshore/offshore teams * Manage client engagements from requirements through design, prototyping, testing, data migration, cutover, training, and support procedures * Lead project teams, ensure quality, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Develop and maintain relationships with top clients, guide pursuit teams, and contribute to proposal development and pricing * Coach and develop delivery staff, participate in recruitment and retention activities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing client accounts Tasks * 5+ years in consulting or industry * 5+ years hands-on end-to-end delivery with GCP Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) * At least 2 years with GECX Self-service with Conversational Agents, Agent Assist or Quality AI, plus BigQuery & Looker for analytics * Ability to travel up to 50% * Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Desirable: Master’s degree * Desirable: experience with Five9 or Genesys * Desirable: BD quota experience for consulting work * Experience leading business development pursuits end-to-end Key requirements * broad range of benefits * professional development and mentorship * inclusive culture * opportunities for growth and leadership * accommodations for disability if needed
