Cyber Identity - CIAM Security Engineer/Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Security Engineer in the Deloitte Cyber team, you will design and implement CIAM solutions aligned to client security goals, guiding end-to-end engagements from requirements to production support. You’ll work with leading CIAM platforms to enable secure, scalable identity services for clients. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions that support digital transformation and client readiness. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with opportunities to influence security outcomes at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Support design and implementation of CIAM solutions aligned to client security objectives * Participate in end-to-end CIAM engagements including requirements, current-state assessment, design, testing, deployment, and support * Configure and support CIAM capabilities across Transmit Security, Ping Federate, Okta, and ForgeRock (authentication, federation, MFA, adaptive access, lifecycle) * Translate business and technical requirements into scalable identity solutions; develop documentation, test plans, and delivery artifacts * Collaborate with stakeholders, cyber specialists, developers, testers, and vendor teams to drive milestones, resolve issues, and build client relationships Tasks * BA/BS degree in a relevant field * 2+ years of industry experience * 2+ years of IAM experience * 1+ years hands-on customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools * Willingness to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Professional development opportunities * Inclusive culture and accommodations
