Cyber Identity - CIAM Security Engineer/Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you support design and delivery of CIAM solutions within Deloitte’s Cyber practice, helping clients transform identity and access management. You will participate in end-to-end CIAM engagements, from requirements to production support, across platforms like Transmit Security, Ping Federate, Okta, and ForgeRock. You translate business needs into scalable identity solutions and produce delivery artifacts to enable client readiness. You work with cross-functional teams to drive milestones and build trusted client relationships through quality delivery. The role offers impact by strengthening client security posture and enabling secure digital experiences at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Support design and implementation of CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives * Participate in end-to-end CIAM engagements including requirements, current-state assessment, design, testing, deployment, and production support * Configure and support CIAM capabilities across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping Federate, Okta, ForgeRock) including authentication, federation, MFA, adaptive access, and lifecycle processes * Translate requirements into scalable identity solutions and create documentation, test plans, and processes * Collaborate with stakeholders, cyber specialists, developers, testers, and vendor teams to drive milestones and quality delivery Tasks * BA/BS in a relevant field * 2+ years of industry experience * 2+ years in Identity and Access Management * 1+ years hands-on customization experience with Transmit Security and Ping Identity Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
