Requirements

As a full-time Nevada Licensed SOC Analyst working remotely, the candidate will lead daily security operations, manage incident responses, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring effective communication and process adherence across shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily DART shift activities and act as an escalation point for high-priority security alertsMonitor and investigate security alerts using SIEM, EDR, and NDR platforms, collaborating with teams during incident responsesMentor junior analysts and support onboarding and continuous training initiativesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity analyst role, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior-level capacityProven hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and NDR toolsetsIn-depth understanding of attacker TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK) and strong investigative skillsExperience responding to incidents in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Ability to work 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST/CST/PST and participate in a 24/7
