Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Active Directory and identity infrastructure engagements, shaping secure, hybrid identity environments for clients. You’ll drive assessments, design, migrations, and stabilization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate security and resilience. You’ll work on architecture, governance, and recovery capabilities that reduce risk and enable trusted digital interactions. This is a chance to impact large-scale identity programs and contribute to Deloitte’s cyber security mission. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Active Directory and identity infrastructure engagements across all project phases. * Coordinate assessments of domain/forest architecture, DNS, DHCP, replication, GPO, trusts, and related identity components. * Design and implement AD security hardening, RBAC, service account management, and policy controls. * Architect and support enterprise AD environments, including hybrid identity with Entra ID and federation. * Lead or support domain/forest migrations, including discovery, planning, validation, rollback, and post-migration stabilization. Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a technical field * 4+ years in technical consulting, enterprise infrastructure, identity security, or AD engineering * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and related services * Experience leading or supporting AD migrations or consolidations * Experience with migration tooling (e.g., Quest ODM, Semperis) * Experience with identity threat detection and recovery tooling (e.g., Semperis, Rubrik, Microsoft Defender for Identity) * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
