Job description

Experteer Overview As an Oracle Tech Cloud AVP at Deloitte, you help clients define cloud strategies and deliver Oracle-based transformations that drive value. You will lead architecture, migration, and AI-enabled deployments across cloud and hybrid environments. You’ll guide cross-functional teams and mentor others while aligning solutions with client goals. This role sits at the forefront of cloud transformation within our Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice, offering impact at scale and collaboration with senior client teams. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation for enterprise transformation * Oversee cloud and database migration and application consolidation across complex programs * Advise on embedding AI agents within Oracle Cloud (AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Direct project teams and provide strategic/technical guidance throughout delivery * Align solution design with client objectives and transformation goals Tasks * 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise IT solutions * 8+ years with Oracle technologies * Experience leading RICE (reports, integrations, conversions, extensions) for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions with best practices * 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (OCI Integration Cloud or Oracle SOA Suite) * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
