Requirements

As a full-time remote Principal Security ML Research Engineer on the Threat Research and Detection Engineering team, the successful candidate will enhance threat protections by developing advanced AI and machine learning solutions to address real-world cyber threats.Key responsibilities:Design innovative ML architectures to enhance threat detection and streamline incident investigation processesDevelop machine learning models for detecting behavioral anomalies and profiling threat actorsBuild evaluation frameworks for ML model performance and implement measures to minimize false-positive ratesRequired qualifications:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experienceExperience with vector search technology, deep learning, and training models using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlowKnowledge of behavioral anomaly detection and expertise in profiling threat actor behaviorsProven ability to develop scalable machine learning models that improve threat detectionPublished research in reputable security and machine learning journals or presented at major conferences
