Flutter Developer

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.\n
• 3+ years of software development experience.\n
• 2+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.\n
• Technical Skills: Flutter, Dart, Git source control, RESTful APIs, JSON, Mobile app architecture patterns, CI/CD pipelines, HTML/CSS & JavaScript\n
• Preferred Skills: Firebase, MySQL databases, Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift), Experience with web and desktop Flutter deployments, Knowledge of software security best practices\n
• Experience developing and releasing applications to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.\n
• Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.\n
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.\n

We are seeking a talented and motivated Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building Flutter applications for iOS and Android, a strong understanding of software engineering principles, and experience working within Agile development teams.\n \n The Flutter Developer will collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that support business objectives.\n \n \nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: \n \n \n \n

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Flutter applications for mobile, web, and desktop platforms.\n
• Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable code following established coding standards.\n
• Implement responsive user interfaces based on UI/UX designs.\n
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.\n
• Develop offline-first capabilities and local data storage solutions when required.\n
• Participate in architecture and design discussions.\n
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.\n
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.\n
• Debug and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.\n
• Ensure application security and compliance with organizational standards.\n
• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand requirements.\n
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality and reliability.\n
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.\n
• Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipeline improvements.\n
• Stay current with Flutter, Dart, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies.\n
• Evaluate new tools and frameworks that improve development efficiency and product quality.\n
