Experteer Overview As an Oracle Tech Cloud - Associate Vice President, you drive Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and delivery to enable enterprise transformation and business value. You lead cross-functional teams across cloud and hybrid environments, guiding migrations, integrations, and AI-enabled Oracle deployments. You will shape solution design to align with client objectives and transformation goals, working on high-impact cloud initiatives. This is a leadership role at Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice, offering a chance to influence large-scale ERP and cloud programs. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of Oracle Platform as a Service across cloud and hybrid environments * Oversee cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation for complex programs * Advise on embedding AI agents within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI services) * Lead projects and provide strategic/technical guidance throughout delivery * Align solution strategy and implementation with client business objectives and transformation goals Tasks * 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise IT solutions * 8+ years with Oracle technologies * Experience leading RICE delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations using ERP Cloud build framework * 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (OCI Integrations Cloud or SOA Suite) * Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * inclusive culture * professional development opportunities
