Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and shape Deloitte’s Cyber Incident Response capabilities, guiding client readiness, response, and recovery from cyber crises. You’ll drive the design and deployment of Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience offerings, working across US and US-India teams to deliver high-impact, standards-based incident management. You will mentor teams, elevate incident monitoring, and champion continuous improvement to ensure resilient client operations. This role combines hands-on incident leadership with strategy, helping clients reduce risk and accelerate recovery. Compensation / Benefits * Lead full lifecycle cyber incident response engagements (investigation, containment, remediation, recovery) for clients * Prepare incident reports and client communications with high clarity and accuracy * Develop and enhance Crisis & Incident Response solutions aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS * Identify opportunities for process optimization in monitoring and response * Provide team mentorship and manage US and US-India teams * Champion Deloitte’s Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience offerings * Drive continuous improvement of monitoring, delivery, and service reliability * Offer thought leadership and participate in evaluating new requirements and security awareness initiatives Tasks * 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Defense & Resilience, including incident response and cyber transformation programs * BS/BA degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited visa sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
