Experteer Overview As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the Business Operations Automation team, you will build and maintain internal tools that automate hardware engineering processes at scale. You’ll own features end-to-end, from frontend to backend and testing, to improve operational efficiency. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable product improvements and actionable metrics. This role offers ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape internal tooling that directly supports AWS hardware delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end features including frontend, backend, database, and automated testing * Develop and maintain tool-sets to increase efficiency and operation for AWS Hardware Engineering * Propose product improvements based on usage metrics and feedback * Collaborate with engineers, TPMs, and PMs to deliver impactful user experiences * Work in an ambiguous environment to translate business problems into scalable software solutions Tasks * 3+ years of non-internship software development experience * 2+ years in design or architecture of multi-tiered, distributed systems * 1+ years in developing large-scale software applications, tools, or services * 1+ years of object-oriented design experience * Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field * Experience programming in at least one language (C#, C++, Java, or Perl) * 1+ years of development experience across frontend/backend/database and testing processes * Preferred: 3+ years SDLC experience including coding standards, reviews, and operations Key requirements * health insurance (medical, dental, vision) * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parential leave * RSUs * sign-on payments
