Software Development Engineer, Amazon Brand Store

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design and own brand-building experiences at Amazon scale, shaping storefronts for advertisers and shoppers. You’ll extend full-stack apps and APIs powering Brand Stores, and explore generative AI to enhance creation, optimization, and insights. You’ll collaborate with product, TPMs, SDEs, and leadership to deliver end-to-end solutions with quality, reliability, and scalability. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, and own brand-building experiences across customer-facing and advertiser-facing applications at scale * Develop and extend full-stack applications and APIs for Brand Stores * Explore and implement generative AI technologies to enhance store creation, optimization, and shopping experiences * Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, TPMs, SDEs, and organizational leaders to deliver end-to-end solutions * Build new services while reducing operational burden * Apply data analytics to drive customer insights and performance improvements * Ensure engineering excellence: quality, scalability, and reliability of systems Tasks * 3+ years of non-internship software development experience * 2+ years in design or architecture of systems * 1+ years designing multi-tiered, distributed software apps using C#, C++, Java, or Perl * 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience * Experience with at least one major programming language Key requirements * health insurance * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parential leave * RSUs * sign-on payments
