Experteer Overview In this role you support the digital future of Hilti’s product development by building and maintaining the engineering tool chain for Engineer-to-Order offerings. You work with international teams to plan, design, and deliver IT solutions that enable custom, innovative products. You ensure solution reliability and integration, while collaborating with vendors and cross-functional partners to drive impactful outcomes in a dynamic environment. This is a global, tech-enabled role at the intersection of engineering and IT. Pay / Benefits * Plan, build and run IT solutions used to develop customer-specific offerings * Contribute to IT solution architectures and designs * Custom development and delivery of IT projects * Ensure reliability, integrity, and long-term sustainability of IT solutions * Collaborate with vendors and provide 2nd/3rd level support * Improve features and integration between systems * Work with agile, cross-functional teams to define requirements and solution scenarios Tasks * Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or relevant engineering field * Expertise in CAD tools and/or engineering tool chain (Autodesk Revit, ACC, BIM) * General coding/scripting knowledge (ABAP, Java/JavaScript, SQL or equivalent) * End-to-end process understanding in product engineering or product data management * Willingness to learn and ability to challenge processes * Strong English communication skills * Experience as a Business Analyst in a PLM/CAD/BIM environment is a plus Key requirements * Good salary and bonus scheme * Mobility allowance and kilometer reimbursement * Holiday entitlement and extra days for health * Contributory pension scheme * Shuttle bus to office * Hybrid work with remote days
