Experteer Overview As a Senior Cyber Security Auditor at Ahold Delhaize Group, you will lead and contribute to IT and cybersecurity audits across a global, multi-brand environment. You translate complex findings into actionable insights for management, driving improvements in resilience and security. You work within a multidisciplinary audit team and help strengthen the global audit community through coaching and collaboration. This role offers international exposure, continuous learning, and the chance to shape security across the value chain. Pay / Benefits * Lead and participate in complex IT and cybersecurity audits across multiple brands and regions * Assess risk management and control effectiveness for various business units * Translate audit findings into actionable management insights and improvement opportunities * Engage with management and external partners to ensure stakeholder alignment * Coordinate initiatives to train, coach, and develop audit staff * Strengthen the global audit community through knowledge sharing and collaboration * Support broader operational audits spanning end-to-end processes across Europe Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Information Science, or a related technical field * CISSP certification and either AZ-500 (Microsoft Azure Security Engineer) or OSCP certification * 3-5+ years in cyber security, IT auditing, consulting, engineering, or penetration testing in retail, multinational, or major cyber security firm * Experience with cyber security control frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls) * Cloud environments experience (Azure preferred) * Knowledge of IAM, network security, incident response, vulnerability management * Experience conducting or leading complex IT or cyber security audits * Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Dutch, Greek, Serbian, Czech, Romanian) preferred * Willingness to travel up to 20% Key requirements * Hybrid working model * Flexible working hours * Bonus scheme * Pension plan * 20 vacation days (+ option to buy 12.5) * Travel expenses or NS travel card
