Specialist IAM Engineer ( Sailpoint, Saviynt, IBM IGA/ISIM, Azure AD)

Experteer Overview In this role you shape identity governance as part of the IGA Platform team within a global food retail group. You lead design, configuration and deployment of IGA solutions and manage the full identity lifecycle across on-prem and cloud environments. You collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, compliant access controls and automation. You’ll influence security posture while enabling smooth user experiences, within a diverse, international setting. Pay / Benefits * Lead architecture, configuration and deployment of IGA solutions (SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt, IBM ISIM) * Manage onboarding, provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification and RBAC/SoD governance * Integrate IGA with directories (AD/Azure AD), HR systems (Success Factors) and cloud/on-prem apps * Develop connectors, workflows and integrations to meet business and compliance needs * Collaborate with audit, risk and compliance teams for regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001) * Troubleshoot IGA issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes * Lead and mentor junior IAM engineers/analysts * Drive continuous improvement in IAM/IGA processes, automation and security posture * Primary on-call incident contact during rotations (24/7 MoD responsibilities) Tasks * Understanding of IAM concepts like Identity Lifecycle Mgmt, RBAC * Experience in greenfield IGA implementation projects * Familiarity with SailPoint, IBM ISIM or Saviynt * Ability to translate requirements into solutions * Strong collaboration and communication skills * Experience managing a team of Service Integrators (SIs) Key requirements * Hybrid working * Wellbeing initiatives * Cross brand career options * Flexible working hours * Travel expenses or NS travel card * Laptop and smartphone
