Head of Business Control & Data

Lead the business control and data agenda to strengthen financial performance management, decision support, and data-driven governance across the organization., * Own business controlling frameworks, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

• Deliver actionable management reporting (KPIs, dashboards, variance analysis) for executive stakeholders.
• Drive data strategy and ensure high-quality data foundations for analytics and reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and commercial teams to improve profitability, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Establish governance for data definitions, reporting standards, and metric consistency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, reporting automation, and tooling.
• Manage and develop a team across controlling and data/BI capabilities.

• Senior leadership experience in business controlling, FP&A, or performance management.
• Strong expertise in data and analytics, including BI/reporting and data governance concepts.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and decision-support skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable metrics, reports, and data products.
• Stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication.
• Experience improving processes through automation and modern reporting tools.
