Experteer Overview As SAP Authorization u**amp; Security Solution Architect, you will serve as the central authority for authorization topics and drive cross-functional initiatives to align policies with business needs.You will act as the SPOC for governance, design authorization frameworks, and coordinate testing and audits to ensure compliance.This role supports BASF’s Digital Factory in the Agricultural Solutions area, shaping secure, scalable authorization concepts across downstream systems.You’ll work with global process owners to translate business processes into effective access controls, enabling digital transformation.Join a diverse, international team pushing BASF’s digital leadership in the chemical?? Compensaciones / Beneficios * Act as the central authority for authorization topics across the organization * Drive authorization initiatives with Global Process Owners and cross-functional teams * Serve as the Single Point of Contact for authorization policies, standards, and governance * Review, approve, and govern authorization exceptions with proper justification and documentation * Coordinate authorization testing with functional teams (SIT and UAT) * Design and implement authorization frameworks aligned with business needs * Perform regular audits of authorization models and processes for compliance and improvement Responsabilidades * Technical University Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or similar) * Minimum 2 years as IT Solutions Architect focused on Business Process Authorizations * Proven leadership in agile organizations * Solid project delivery experience with a track record * Experience in digital organizations and digital transformation initiatives * Strong ability to translate business processes into authorization concepts * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good understanding of IT infrastructure, system integration, and consulting methodologies * Excellent communication skills in English (C1) Requisitos principales * Flexible work schedule * Home-office options * Learning and development opportunities * 25 holidays per year * Relocation assistance to Madrid * On-the-job training
