equal opportunity for all candidates. JOIN THE TEAM We are currently seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join our team at BASF’s Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory. RESPONSIBILITIES - Act as the central authority for authorization-related topics across the organization. - Drive authorization initiatives together with Global Process Owners and cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment. - Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for authorization policies, standards, and governance. - Review, approve, and govern authorization exceptions, ensuring deviations are properly justified and documented. - Coordinate authorization testing together with functional teams, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Design and implement authorization frameworks aligned with business functions and organizational needs. - Perform regular audits of authorization models and processes to ensure compliance and continuously improve

effectiveness. REQUIREMENTS - Technical University Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or similar). - Strong experience working across Business Processes and Authorizations, acting as the bridge between both domains. - Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Solutions Architect focused on Business Process Authorizations. - Proven leadership experience within agile organizations. - Solid project delivery experience with a successful track record. - Experience working in digital organizations and digital transformation initiatives. - Strong expertise in translating business processes into authorization concepts within downstream systems, ensuring functional roles are well defined and aligned with business requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of IT infrastructure, system integration, and consulting methodologies. - Excellent communication skills in English. - English level C1.
