Staff Software Engineer - Experimentation

Experteer Overview As a Staff Software Engineer, you will advance M&S’s Experimentation platform to empower product, engineering, and content teams to run more experiments reliably. You’ll shape platform design, promote a self-service model, and drive scalable, production-grade solutions. You collaborate across disciplines to identify needs and reduce toil, delivering robust APIs, tooling, and automation. This role offers the chance to influence architecture, champion observability, and contribute to a data-driven, experimentation-led culture.
