Senior Manager, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), SAP Supply Chain

Experteer Overview As a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Technology and Transformation SAP practice, you will lead SAP-enabled transformation programmes focused on PPDS, QM, and Production Planning. You will guide large-scale supply chain projects from strategy through implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior clients. You’ll design end-to-end SAP solutions, drive pre-sales efforts, and shape transformation roadmaps while leveraging AI and automation. Pay / Benefits * Own and guide large-scale supply chain transformation projects from strategy to implementation * Lead SAP-enabled transformation programmes in PPDS, QM, and Production Planning across supply chain processes * Gather requirements, run design workshops, and map business processes to SAP functionality * Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction * Support business development and pre-sales activities through proposals and client presentations * Contribute to implementation plans to maximise SAP potential while managing risk * Work with AI and automation features in SAP technology * Participate in practice development activities to enable sales and capability growth * Travel to client locations as needed Tasks * Experience in Greenfield and Brownfield transformations in Process and Discrete industries * Leading discovery and pre-sales activities; ability to drive design decisions * Proven track record in bid development and sales propositions for supply chain transformation (PPDS, Production Planning, QM) * Hands-on SAP PPDS, Production Planning, and Quality Management implementations with strong requirements gathering and design skills * Extensive experience delivering S/4HANA-enabled transformations in PP, PPDS, QM; minimum two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and QM implementations * Cross-functional module knowledge (SAP PS, FICO, EWM, MM) and system integration with PLM-SAP S/4HANA and MES * End-to-end SDLC experience from analysis to testing, implementation, and documentation * Experience in interface design (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services) and data migration/cutover planning * Strong teamwork and English communication skills Key requirements * hybrid working * London or Manchester base * opportunity to travel to client sites * global SAP delivery leadership * career development opportunities * wellbeing support
